On the way, a girl collided with her bike, after which more than half a dozen special community people surrounded Yogesh and attacked him with sticks and was seriously injured, after which Yogesh was taken to him for treatment. Demand for registering a case under Mob Lynching Act
Due to the serious condition from here, he was referred SMS to Jaipur. During treatment there, Yogesh died on 18th. After that the villagers and relatives blocked the Alwar-Bharatpur route, keeping the dead body on the road and blocked it for five hours and financial assistance of Rs 30 lakh to the family, government job in the family, murder against the accused. A case was registered and a demand was made for the early arrest of the accused. Along with this, there was a demand to register a case under SCST and Mob Lynching Act.
Case registered from both sides
A case has been registered from both the sides in this incident. The other side has also filed an accident case against Yogesh. Police is still in the investigation. Till now there is no arrest of any kind in this, there is resentment among the family members as the matter is related to a particular community. At the same time, due to the deceased being from a Dalit family, this matter has come in the headlines all over the country.
